Kerteza will assign a consultant to identify reasons why incidents or calamities occure in your healthcare organisation. In an independent role, we use our experience to perform a thorough, systematic analysis and investigation of an incident or calamity.
An incident or calamity will have significant impact on all involved and must, therefore, always be investigated thoroughly. The objective is to learn from the events and to prevent similar incidents in the future.
We will carry out a thorough professional investigation resulting in a report with (SMART) formulated improvement measures.
Kerteza assigns an experienced consultant to the incident or calamity investigation, who coordinates the investigation process in cooperation with you. Our independant consultant will preside the investigation team and ensure that the investigation is completed within set deadline and delivers the required result.
